Importance of English in my future career
1. What have I learned?
I have learned about the rules to use certaint word instead of you selecting the correct one just because it sounds better than the others.
I also started to think about stuff like quotes or inspiring people and why I decided to study computer tecnologies.
2. What did I do to improve? Did I try hard enough?
I tried to get better on reading since it's my worst area in the TOEFL and with the practice I made I got a better score in the last test.
3. What can I improve even more?
I think I can improve my structure a little more by learning more rules.
4. How can I improve? What is the most important thing I got from this course?
Listening more content in english like the news and then making a sumary will help me to improve in the listening are and also in structure.
I considere learning the rules of why I should chose one word over another the most important thiung I learn in this course.
5. What I am going to do in order not to lose what I’ve learned so far?
A constant use of the english language will help me to mantain what I have learned.
6. Why I think is English such an important requirement at TEC?
Because, specially in an area like mine, most of the content and documentation come in english and that will help you to learn more about what you love to do.
7. Could I survive abroad in a place where English were the only way to communicate? Why?
Yes, or at least I think so, I considerer myself to have the correct amount of knowledge to be able to do something like that, but I also think that it will allow me to improve.
8. How important is for my professional life to communicate in English?
It is very important because most of the documentation and newest material comes in English, so you need to know it so you can improve in your proffesional life.
9. What job opportunities could I apply to due to my knowledge of English?
I really thing that I can apply in to any job/professional practica that require English as a second languaje or maybe even as a primary.
10. Is English enough or I need to study another language? Why?
For the moment I think English is enough but learning as many languages as you can, will always help you communicate with more people and that will help you to improve.
11. What other language would I like/need to learn? Why?
I have always wanted to learn japanese because I love their culture, it feels like there's a lot of mystery in it.
12. Say something to your classmates... (MANDATORY)
Always aprreciate the little things in life because those are the ones that can change your whole life.
