Trying to get new ideas has always been something that I like, because all the inventions have always been started by an idea. But a leader, it’s not just a person that have, either good or bad, ideas, but one that knows when to develop that idea. The innovation comes from a simple idea sometimes it’s so simple or so obvious that nobody wants to work on it, because of that simplicity. But, as the quote says, the ones that choose to work on that idea are leaders and not just followers. I chose this quote because I’ve always believed that you need to be a leader so that you can get better things in life, and I’m not only talking about money, but also about personal satisfaction which it’s the best thing you can get.
